How IT Works..?

This Automatic Water level controller is designed to automate the operation of a water pump based on the availability of municipal (corporation) water and the water level in a storage tank. The controller continuously monitors the arrival of corporation water using a water detection sensor. Once the presence of water is detected, the system initiates a 5-second delay, after which it activates the water pump through a relay.The pump remains ON as long as corporation water is available and the storage tank is not full. If either the water supply stops or the tank reaches its full capacity, the controller turns off the pump to prevent dry running or overflow.

The system ensures efficient water usage and pump protection by:

• Automatically detecting corporation water input

• Monitoring tank full condition via a level sensor

• Introducing a controlled 5-second delay before pump activation

• Automatically stopping the pump under either of two stop conditions

This smart control system eliminates the need for manual intervention, reduces the risk of water wastage, and ensures the water tank is filled reliably whenever water is available.
